Terms & Conditions

1 – Payment and Cancellation Policy – Individuals

Our policies apply to both direct bookings and those made via OTAs (Online Travel Agencies).

2 – Voucher Policy – Individual Direct Bookings

Valid only for reservations made directly with A‑Típica (website, email, phone, or WhatsApp).

Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival

  • If cancelled between 14 and 4 days before check-in, we offer a voucher worth 50% of the amount already paid, valid for 6 months.
  • If cancelled less than 4 days before check-in, we offer a voucher worth 30% of the amount already paid.
  • The voucher is personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable, but can be used for a new booking of equal or higher value.
  • The cancellation must be communicated in writing, and the voucher will be issued within 7 working days.

General Conditions

  • Not applicable to bookings via OTAs (e.g. Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.)
  • The voucher cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
  • Once issued, it cannot be extended or renewed after expiration.

3 – Payment and Cancellation Policy - Groups (Direct Booking)

Partial Cancellations: For partial cancellations (reduction of rooms or nights), penalties apply proportionally to the cancelled portion of the booking.
Full Cancellations: For full cancellations, penalties apply to the total booking amount.

Modification Policy:

Group Bookings:

For group reservations (5+ rooms), progressive room release is possible up to 45 days before arrival, subject to prior written agreement at time of booking.

Important Notes:

  1. All modification and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
  2. All changes are subject to availability
  3. An additional security deposit may be requested
  4. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation without refund
